In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "999ab," "we," "us," "our" refers to the 999ab platform, its operators, affiliates, and licensing entities collectively.
• "Platform" means the 999ab website accessible at https://999ab.biz, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and any applications or tools provided by 999ab for accessing its services.
• "Member," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who holds a verified 999ab account, or any person accessing the platform whether registered or not.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Member upon successful registration with 999ab, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activities are conducted.
• "Services" means the full range of sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports wagering, and any other gaming or entertainment services made available through the 999ab platform.
• "Funds" refers to any real-money PKR balance held within a Member's 999ab account, whether deposited directly or credited via a qualifying promotion.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Member's account subject to specific wagering and eligibility conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by 999ab to confirm a Member's identity, age, and payment method ownership as required under applicable gaming compliance frameworks.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the 999ab platform is not permitted under applicable law or the terms of 999ab's operating licence.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding contract between you and 999ab. Your acceptance of these Terms is indicated by any of the following actions: completing the 999ab registration process, clicking the "I Agree" or equivalent acceptance checkbox during sign-up, logging into an existing 999ab account, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the 999ab platform.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with the 999ab Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms that may apply to bonuses or offers you participate in. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

999ab reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or on-platform notification to registered Members.

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use the 999ab platform. This age restriction is strictly enforced. 999ab conducts age verification checks as part of the KYC process, and any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all associated funds forfeited, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered 999ab account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 999ab identifies that a Member holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended pending investigation, any outstanding winnings from the duplicate accounts may be voided, and the Member may be permanently banned from the platform.

3.3 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information, including a false name, date of birth, or payment method ownership, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

3.4 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 999ab platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 999ab does not accept registrations from persons located in Prohibited Jurisdictions. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, a national of, or subject to the laws of any Prohibited Jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999ab login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

999ab strongly recommends that Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. We will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 999ab requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You agree to notify 999ab immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999ab shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

999ab reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, a Member's funds will remain secure and accessible once the account's security status has been verified.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

999ab currently supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 999ab does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 999ab is PKR 500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large transactions in accordance with our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed full KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day for verified accounts, with mobile wallet withdrawals typically completing within two hours.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

999ab is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to request additional documentation from Members at any time to satisfy our AML and KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on 999ab are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game, or market as published on the platform at the time of the bet being placed. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

999ab reserves the right to void any bet where: the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; an obvious pricing error existed that a reasonable person would recognise as such; or the outcome of the event has been determined to be irregular or subject to investigation for match-fixing or integrity concerns.

In the event of a technical failure occurring during a live betting session or casino game round that prevents a game from being completed, 999ab will follow the relevant game provider's declared void and replay policy. Any funds involved in an incomplete round will be returned to the Member's account balance.

999ab offers in-play betting on selected cricket, football, esports, and other sports markets. In-play odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any point during an event at 999ab's discretion, particularly during high-scoring moments, weather interruptions, or VAR/DRS reviews.

999ab offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and PSL season specials. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal eligibility is established. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the promotional period specified. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry of the promotional period.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who satisfy the stated eligibility criteria. Members who have previously self-excluded or whose accounts are subject to any restriction are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Abuse Prevention: 999ab reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or collusion between Members.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999ab platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 999ab platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events where you have inside knowledge or the ability to influence the outcome.
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any scripting tools to place bets or interact with the platform without 999ab's prior written consent.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to generate systematic profit in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the 999ab platform.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your 999ab account to any third party.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any aspect of the 999ab platform, its software, or its security infrastructure.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward 999ab staff or other Members via live chat or any other communication channel.

All content on the 999ab platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game titles, software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the exclusive property of 999ab or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 999ab platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the 999ab platform without prior written consent from 999ab.

The 999ab name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 999ab. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of 999ab.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999ab, its affiliates, licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, and directors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 999ab platform.

999ab does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or events beyond 999ab's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or certain services.

999ab shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or disruptions in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank, provided that 999ab has fulfilled its obligations under these Terms in relation to the relevant transaction.

999ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire membership. We provide a range of tools to help Members maintain control over their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session durations after which the platform will prompt a review or automatically log the Member out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of the duration and value of their current gaming session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may apply a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks to pause their gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 999ab platform may do so by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of six months.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where termination follows a confirmed breach of these Terms, 999ab reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their 999ab account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, and any positive real-money balance will be returned following completion of any outstanding wagering commitments on pending bets.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 999ab holds its primary operating licence, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Disputes regarding specific game outcomes should be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.

999ab reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect Members' rights or obligations — 999ab will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered Members and through a prominent on-platform notification.

For non-material amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes required by applicable law or regulatory instruction, updates may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 999ab platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
